Leveraging resource and experience gained over years of hands-on practice in China business, we offer operation management and representation service to clients and are responsible for:

1. Establishing an operation entity in one of the forms of     representative office--Joint Venture company, Wholly-      owned Foreign Enterprises (WOEF) , or agent-whichever     best applies to the business;
2. Filing and obtaining all legal documents and approvals     needed for China business operation;
3. Developing a business plan based on the goal of clients     and market;
4. Recruiting and training a team dedicated to the business;
5. Opening up market and establishing a foothold of     business;
6. Building up an infrastructure that includes an accounting     system, manufacturing base, marketing & sales,     customer service, and public relations; and
7. Managing daily operation

Clients are responsible for:
1. Technical supports including products, and services that      they wish to take into China ;
2. Technical training to Victorway team; and
3. Funding of operation
